Property Policies
Accommodation Bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights.
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card or Direct Debit to our Bank Account (contact us for details).
The above rates apply to bookings made directly with the property. Additional fees may apply to travel agents.
Booking in time is from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival - earlier times by arrangement.
Booking out time is prior to 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Strickly non-smoking policy applies inside the accommodation.
Light servicing of your accommodation is carried out on the 2nd morning and every alternate day.
Full servicing is carried out weekly and between bookings.
As the farm is a 'Land for Wildlife' property, pets are not accepted.
Property facilities are for the sole use of resident guests.
As a working cattle property, public liability covers guests only and day visitors are not encouraged.
Beachside Retreat is committed to protecting your privacy and does not pass information to a third party.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation more than 14 days, prior to arrival, will result in a refund of the deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee.
A cancellation 7 to 14 nights inclusive, prior to arrival, will incur the loss of the deposit.
A cancellation less than 7 nights, prior to arrival, will incur the full cost of the reservation.
No refunds will be given for nights cancelled during your stay.
A non-arrival will incur the full amount of the reservation.
